J G Properties, Inc., is a family-owned, fair market company that builds quality homes for Florida working families. Every home we build is our home first - so we build it right. We also price it right, with a detailed cost report that shows where every dollar goes — including our profit.
We don't build "custom" or "luxury" homes. We build good, solid homes for honest, hard-working families — like ours.

Today, working families in Florida face a huge obstacle. Florida's skyrocketing housing market has pushed the median cost of a new home out of reach for most of us. Add utilities, gasoline, insurance, health care costs and all the rest and many families have to struggle just to stay together.
J G Properties, Inc., has a different idea. We love to build homes. We enjoy scouring building supply outlets for great deals on quality flooring tile, two-by-fours and bathroom fixtures.
We are fortunate to enjoy a wide circle of family, friends, colleagues, and fellow Fair Trade subcontractors and suppliers whose values and standards we share.
Best of all, when all our hard work pays off and a new family moves into a home we've built, we know we've done right by everyone. Our customers know that too.
We take our Fair Market commitment very seriously. It's a pledge we make to every family, and it's a pledge we make to Florida cities and counties as well.
"Workforce housing" is a critical need shared by every Florida community. We know — and our customers know — that without workforce families, our communities cannot meet the needs of Florida residents and tax-payers.
Without the teachers, police officers, health care workers, janitors, service technicians... without all of us, our communities will not prosper.
